Depending on which browser you use, and certain browser settings, you may need to 'allow popups' on the webSAM site. The steps to do this are different for each browser, but here's some ideas, and helpful links:

Google Chrome

Allow pop-ups and redirects from a site
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked.
  3. In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked Pop-up blocked.
  4. Click the link for the pop-up you want to see.
  5. To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site]and thenDone.

Firefox

When a pop is blocked, the warning is shown below the address bar, select Options then Allow pop-ups for my.sam.co.nz

Microsoft Edge


When Edge blocks a popup, the following icon will appear to the right of the address bar:


Click this icon and choose the option to "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from http://my.sam.co.nz ) then choose Done
