If you need to review the Email and SMS communications sent to a customer; webSAM logs all of this information which you can view by going to Accounts > Customers ...




Now, search for the customer in the search box provided and select the customer from the list. This will take you to the Customer Maintenance screen.


Here, click on the Activity tab on the middle grey bar. This will display all the Emails and SMS sent from webSAM to the customer.
