How do I summarise the labour and parts into a single line with the story?
You can use this to take all the labour and parts and put it into a single line (which is the name of the section) on the invoice. (this can be a default option for Job templates.

To summarise a section click on the section name and then in the popup screen click on 'Summarise' (You can also summarise or un-summarise in the invoice history screen)

When the invoice is printed the summairsed section will display like this:
Summarise

instead of this:
Not summarised
