Major Developments

WEB-261 Estimates - including online customer approval process. For full details see KB article: How to Setup and Use Estimates

This change encompasses:

  • WEB-298 Present Terms of Trade for all estimates sent for customer approval. The customer will need to agree on the terms upon approval.
  • WEB-296 Print estimate form, this form will also be attached when sending an estimate email to the customer
  • WEB-293 View estimate status from estimate listing
  • WEB-291 View estimate when it is approved/declined by the customer. Users can also update the estimate approval details manually.
  • WEB-290 Customer able to view estimate from a provided link from estimate email/SMS and approve or decline the estimate
  • WEB-289 Send estimates to customers via SMS
  • WEB-287 Send estimates to customers via Email

WEB-279 Added a "tooltip" next to the stock listing icons so it is clear what each icon represents

WEB-267 Update webSAM with new Auxo branding (logo and colour scheme).

WEB-295 Creating followups from a job via Item History & Followups > not selecting a code causing system crash

WEB-292 Timeclocking - Unable to clock out when a clock-out is overdue.

WEB-265 Changing the filter on the Xero History screen makes the dropdown unselectable

WEB-259 User is now able to change Fuel Type on vehicle records

WEB-250 Invoices and Job Cards now display correctly when the "&" symbol is used within job text

WEB-248 The Import Customers for Xero screen will now allow the display of over 500 customers and a progress wheel will display while the list is being loaded.

WEB-175 Resolved an issue where Job reading types (hours/km/hubo) did not match the vehicle reading types
