Having trouble logging in, with an exceeded user license warning? Here's how to clear that up...

If you are receiving the "You have exceeded your User License!" error message it may be caused by a "stuck session" (a prior connection to SAM that hasn't cleared, maybe due to a dropped internet connection etc... ):



 

Click on the magnifying glass icon to view a list of Active Logins


On the Active Logins screen you should see the all the users the system thinks are currently logged in, to clear one of these users to free up a user license and be able to log back in, click on the Trashcan icon on the right:


A new popup will appear where you can select Yes to free the login. (don't worry it won't delete that user from the system!)


 

You should now be able to log in successfully, but if you continue to have trouble, use the link below to drop us a support ticket...
